Domestic raw material and starch inventory situation (August 11-17, 2024)

As of August 15th, the total starch inventory of corn starch enterprises in China was 1.107 million tons, a decrease of 46000 tons from last week, a weekly decrease of 3.99%, a monthly increase of 0.82%, and a year-on-year increase of 22.3%; 2. As of August 15th, the inventory of cassava starch in domestic ports is about 231000 tons, an increase of about 5% compared to last week; 3. As of August 15th, the total starch inventory of 21 potato starch enterprises was 27200 tons, a decrease of 0.02 million tons or 7.3% compared to last week.
