由于今年季节的提前，故预测至十月底广西已有部分企业开机；而海南则在十月中旬就有企业生产了。为此，今年新粉大量上市的时间将会比去年有所提前，约在十月底至十一月初之间。
另讯，今年广西、海南、广东等地的原料木薯长势喜人，木薯产量将比去年增加，故预测本生产期内淀粉产量亦会有所提高。
