从质量技术监督局了解到，元旦前未获得生产许可证的食品生产企业将不得生产，销售单位也不得销售无生产许可证的产品。
根据有关法律法规的规定，自去年１月１日起，就对糖果制品、茶叶、葡萄酒及果酒、啤酒、黄酒、酱腌菜、蜜饯、炒货食品、蛋制品、可可制品、焙炒咖啡、水产加工品、淀粉及淀粉制品等１３类食品实施食品质量安全市场准入制度，也就是以上１３类食品必须取得ＱＳ认证方可生产销售。
根据《国务院关于进一步加强食品安全工作的决定》的有关精神，自２００６年１２月３１日起，凡上述食品未获得生产许可证的企业，不得生产该产品，销售单位不得销售无生产许可证的产品。违者将按有关法规规定予以处罚。新投产、新转产上述产品的企业，应当及时向企业所在地的质量技术监督部门申请食品生产许可证。据介绍，现在年关将至，正是以上１３类食品的生产销售旺季，质量技术监督部门将对此严格监管，一旦发现违规企业将予以处罚。
