近日，垦区马铃薯全粉项目开工筹建，年内投产，为全国知名品牌“北大荒”喜添新成员。
据悉，这家企业的建设是继克山农场2005年建设全国最大规模马铃薯精淀粉生产企业后，为走农区工业化道路实现又好又快发展实施的又一重举，填补目前东北地区无马铃薯全粉生产企业的空白。
据市场调查，国内雪花粉年需求量在8万吨左右，国内生产能力3万多吨，且价格呈急剧上涨之势，目前国内马铃薯雪花全粉的吨效益达3000余元。
该企业采取中日合资，总投资额为1.1亿元人民币。据悉，企业建成达产后，年可创利润1600余万元，为下步马铃薯产业集团式发展，扩大市场融资作好准备。农场为保证原料的充足供应，把马铃薯基地面积扩大到13万亩。
