“催化三步法年产1kt羧甲基淀粉钠中试研究”项目通过广西科技厅组织的成果鉴定。羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)有“工业味精”之称,用途十分广泛应。
羧甲基淀粉钠替代羧甲基纤维素是目前工业生产的趋势,并成为国外淀粉深加工的重点。全球CMS的年产量已达到6Mt。目前国内年产量不到50kt,实际需求量却在800kt以上,有着很大的市场发展空间。
催化三步法生产工艺,由济南海博生物技术研究所王美岭教授发明。该工艺采用复合催化剂:反应分三步进行,克服了现有的溶剂法和干法存在的缺点,具有配方合理、工艺简单、可连续化操作的优点,生产成本低廉,产品质量优良,已获国家发明专利。
