Notice from the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangxi Province on Agreeing to the Filing of Jiangxi Yufan Bioenergy Co., Ltd.'s Investment in Cambodia's New 760000 Tons/Year Cassava Processing

Development and Reform Commission of Fuzhou City:

We have received the application for filing of Jiangxi Yufan Bioenergy Co., Ltd.'s investment in establishing a subsidiary in Cambodia to build a cassava processing plant project (Fu Fa Gai Jing Mao Zi [2024] No. 21). According to the "Management Measures for Overseas Investment of Enterprises in Jiangxi Province" (Gan Fa Gai Wai Zi [2018] No. 565), the investment of Jiangxi Yufan Bioenergy Co., Ltd. in the construction of a 760000 tons/year cassava processing plant project in Cambodia (see the back page for details) is registered. This notice is valid for 2 years.

During the project implementation process, if it is necessary to complete procedures such as changes or extensions according to regulations, please promptly report to our committee; If significant adverse situations occur, please submit a report form on significant adverse situations to our committee in accordance with regulations; Do not violate the laws and regulations of our country, and do not threaten or harm the national interests and security of our country. Please submit the project completion report form within 20 working days from the date of project completion.

If you have any objections to this notice, you may apply for administrative reconsideration to our commission within 60 days from the date of receipt of this notice, or file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court within 6 months.
